As part of my PhD at RMIT I was able to take part in a workshop with Martino Gamper and constructed a set of figures made from recycled items. The seven figures represented characters from Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales.
During my residency at Bundanon in 2014 I created a series of plaster figures. The figures were either in pairs or creating a circle. I photographed some of the figures in the landscape and used some of the images in iPad collages. […]
This is work in progress at Bundanon. I have taken some old work and painted a translucent white leaving circles of the original painting… here they are combined with some new printed-out iPad portraits.
